Hawks FC need a building Contractor to develop our facilities

BUILDING CONTRACT Hawks FC are a registered Charity and part of the Kettering Sports Club . We are looking for quotes for a construction and groundwork project at our club under a grant application which needs to go through a competitive tender. This is a multi project bid at the Sports Club and the football building is one part of this. THE BUILDING We are in the process of obtaining planning permission for a new building football with two Changing Rooms and a meeting area. We also need some additional groundwork completing for storage of goals and to place some dugouts. We have plans for inspection. As a result of various services on site we will need a block work build but require it fully finished with security shutters and internally fitted out to a high spec. On site trees mean we need deep foundations to meet building control requirements. The job is fairly straightforward. THE CONTRACTOR We need to demonstrate Value for Money as part of the application and want a quality job doing . Sub contracting of the whole contract is not permitted under the grant rules and a building contract needs to be in place with the contractor we choose which the committee will manage.
